We approached the bridge to our sanctuary, JE2. We strolled across the bridge admiring the scenery below, until we arrived at our door. Greeted by an enormously oversized wood door, our jaws now dropped as we gazed at what was behind it. The first visual was St. Lucia's World Heritage Site, the majestic Pitons. Our sanctuary was from a fairy tale--truly magical. The picturesque absent wall including a large infinity pool looking into the Caribbean Sea and beautiful Pitons. Many resorts now boast a plunge pool for guests, make no mistake, this is an infinity pool not a plunge pool. Every turn in our sanctuary was one wow moment after another. The beautiful four poster bed allowing for views of the Caribbean Sea and majestic Pitons. The addition of a sitting area and lounge chairs to enhance your view. A very thoughtful note from the owners was a beautiful touch to our sanctuary. Towels were placed strategically throughout the sanctuary, on the lounge chairs, at the pool area, and more. Jade Mountain Resort did not miss a beat! We then climbed up a few steps to the open spacious bathroom where whether you were using the shower or whirlpool bath you had an amazing view! Toyan was extremely detailed and welcoming.
The generous departing gift Naharaja gave us was unexpected and left such a special touch. Lester running across the bridge to say goodbye again and gifting us with two chocolate bars made on the resort was so touching since we didn't experience the chocolate factory.
Our experience was so memorizing and memorable largely due to the breathtaking resort and went hand in hand with the heart warming staff who has now become like family to us. The gift of being able to experience Jade Mountain Resort is such a special memory. I would highly recommend this gorgeous resort! I left a piece of me back in Saint Lucia and hope I will make my journey back to retrieve it.
Here are some of my highlights of Jade Mountain Resort that aren't mentioned above.
